How a firm and its clients connect
Two ways, depending on who keeps the fund.
You keep the funds
- Create the firm from the Firm page and name it.
- Invite your staff as staff or viewer.
- Add each client fund; the client column shows whose it is.
- Send the client their investors’ portal links, or a viewer invite if they should see the fund.
The client keeps the funds
- The client creates a firm for their own funds.
- They create an invite for your email as staff or viewer.
- You open the link signed in and join; their funds appear in your list.
- Switch between your firm and theirs from the Firm page.

| Deadline calendar across clients, CSV export | Yes | Yes | Their own funds |

| Investor portal links and statements | Yes | View only | Yes |
| Pays for the fund | The firm, up to 10 client funds | — | Their own plan, unless the firm covers it |
What we don’t do
So you can plan around it.
- Keep clients apart inside one firm: every member sees every member’s funds.
- Share businesses through the firm: business compliance is per account for now.
- Enforce seat or fund counts yet: they are shown on the Firm page.
- Prepare or file client returns, or take a share of engagements from the directory.
$249
